Fran Hewitt

Fran Hewitt, is Executive Director of The Power of Focus Inc. and the co-author of The Power of Focus for Women: How to Live the Life You Really Want. She is also an internationally acclaimed workshop facilitator and inspirational speaker who specializes in women's issues. Fran is the creator and founder of The Power of Focus for Women Workshop™, a powerful three day self-awareness experience designed for women from all walks of life.

Fran has invested more than 25 years into personal development training. The course of her studies and research includes over 500 seminars and workshops, including 12 years with the Omega Vector Organization, a Phoenix-based training company founded by one of the world's top facilitators, George Addair.

Fran is often hired as a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator. She is a dynamic speaker and challenging facilitator who tells it like it is, and connects with people and her audiences at a heart level. Her most important values include family, faith, balance, quiet time and purposeful work. Her realness and passion on the platform shines through every time she speaks.

Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, she now resides in Calgary with her husband of 28 years, Les Hewitt, Founder and President of The Power of Focus Inc. She is the mother of two adult children and was the chief support system for her high maintenance, unfocused golden retriever named Rafferty.
