Selwyn was born and educated in South Africa. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 and immigrated to Australia in 1989. Having spent some years as a partner in a prestigious Chartered Accounting firm in Melbourne , he then went on to establish his own accounting practice.

After 15 years in business management and consulting, he moved into a role as a renowned and highly successful business coach.

Selwyn's skills extend beyond business management –he specializes in profit improvement and growth strategies for small and medium sized enterprises.
