Gary began his coaching career as a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy where he was an instructor on Buccaneer Jets and its associated Martel missile simulator. After immigrating to the USA , he spent 14 years in sales and sales management with a leading multinational company before becoming the Director of Training for Canada and subsequently all of North America. Recognized on multiple occasions for leading teams to top performance, he takes great pride in developing people and helping them reach their personal and business goals.

As an independent consultant based in Kansas City , Gary has facilitated training programs in sales, communication, diversity, team building and leadership with organizations such as the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, the Bayer Corporation, Youth Build of Kansas City and the Federal Government.

Gary has maintained a commitment to self-development by completing a degree in Business, magna cum laude, at Bellarmine College in Louisville Kentucky , and most recently graduating from the mini MBA program at the University of Kansas .
