1.  WHO IS THE PROGRAM LIKELY TO HELP THE MOST?
Business owners, entrepreneurs, senior manager, high income sales producers and professional (ie. Lawyers, Chiropractors, Accountants)

2.  TWO YEARS IS A SIGNIFICANT COMMITMENT OF TIME. Why did you choose this particular timeframe?
Two years is a reasonable time frame to create significant long lasting improvements. Changing habits is an important part of the process. It's impossible to change several habits all at once. It takes real time and effort. It's a process. By the way, how fast did your last 2 years go by?

3.  WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT YOUR PROGRAM, COMPARED TO OTHERS?
The Power of Focus is unique in several ways. The group dynamic is unique, with people from many different industries participating.

Each individual designs their own specific game plan. It's not a cookie-cutter program. Some people are focused on strengthening their financial net worth, others want more time off, while others are planning to exit from their business to create a strong retirement option. There is a lot of discussion, interaction and sharing of ideas.

Everyone is held accountable on a weekly basis for creating results. There are at least 30 specific strategies taught during the 2 year process. The foundation of the program is based on The 4 Fundamentals . This helps you focus on four key areas:

  • Setting and achieving your most important business, personal and financial goals.
  • Focusing on your top priorities each week.
  • Building excellent relationship provides the greatest leverage for new opportunites.
  • Creating successful habits is the best way to create outstanding results.

4.  WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE ARE IN THE GROUP?
Age groups usually range from 25 to 65. A wide variety of industries are represented. In each group there is an average of 250 years of combined practical business experience. That's a powerful think tank. Some of the best ideas will come from the other people in the group.

5.  HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN THE GROUP?
Usually 20 – 30. Maximum 30. This ensures great energy and flow of information and ideas.

6.  DO YOU FOCUS ON SPECIFIC INDUSTRIES? ARE THERE MANY PEOPLE FROM ONE INDUSTRY IN THE SAME GROUP?
We do not focus on any one industry. It is rare that you would find more than 5 or 6 people in any given group from the same industry.

7.  WHAT FOLLOW UP IS THERE BETWEEN SESSIONS?
Focusing partners are set up within each group. This is like a buddy system. One contact is made per week usually by telephone. The purpose is for each person to support and challenge their partner to complete their 3 most important priorities every week. You can change focusing partners at every workshop. As everyone is busy, we do not create a lot of unnecessary homework. The focusing strategies are best practiced “on the job”. And there is more than enough information in every session to work on between workshops. Each person has a specific weekly Action Plan to focus on that will accelerate their progress toward bigger yearly targets. You will also have a confidential review with your coach once per year.

8.  HOW DO I KNOW I'LL GET THE RESULTS I WANT?
You'll never know until you do it!

The program is designed for people who take action. If you consistently implement the strategies you are given at each workshop, you will undoubtedly achieve outstanding results. Many others before you have already done it. The only variable is you, not the program.

9.  IN ADDITION TO THE 12 WORKSHOPS, WHAT ELSE DO I RECEIVE FOR MY INVESTMENT?
Included are all of the Handouts, a special binder, plus 12 audio CD's from Les highlighting the main points of each workshop. Other CD products are being released in 2005, as mentioned before. Participants in the program and Club Members will receive special pricing on these. There will be constant updates, news and events posted on our Website. Some of this will require password entry. We want to create a unique experience for everyone in the Power of Focus community that is based on unique value. Some of the people you meet will prove to be excellent contacts.

10.  HOW LONG IS EACH WORKSHOP?
Workshops are 8:30AM – 4:30PM, with a one hour break for lunch plus a morning and afternoon break.
